General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are mainly available for delivery to addresses in Australia. Shipments outside of Australia are only available to United States, Canada, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia at this time.

We are currently using Star Track for Australia but you still must use a physical address for delivery . If PO Box addresses are used we are unable to provide express delivery.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for Australia has now become unpredictable because of the pandemic so its best to be patient.
Overseas customers will have a longer delivery time, please Contact us if you need a estimation of your delivery.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, then click your "Shopping Cart" at the top right of the page, once in the cart click on the "Estimated Shipping & Taxes" link to work out delivery costs and taxes that apply.  Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
